Mooyah River Projects

The Mooyah River watershed is located just North of Clayoquot Sound in the southwestern region of Nootka Sound.

It can be accessed by boat (one-hour trip) out of Gold River, or out of Tofino by boat to Stewardson Camp, and then driving one hour North.

The Mooyah River supports Chum, Coho, Steelhead, and Chinook salmon, Cutthroat Trout and Dolly Varden Char.
